Ruritan club welcomes new member

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Berlin Ellsworth Ruritan Club welcomed a new member, Lee Fowler, at a recent gathering. Fowler lives in Berlin Center with his wife, Jackie; daughter, Melissa; and son, Josh. He is a 1974 graduate of Western Reserve High School and is employed at VacuForm in Sebring.
