Autopsy set on teen hit by CSX train
CORAOPOLIS, Pa. (AP) — An autopsy was set on the body of an 18-year-old man who was hit by a CSX freight train on tracks in a Pittsburgh suburb.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office and Moon Township police were still investigating Monday.
They say Trevor Fluharty, of Leetsdale, was killed by the train while he walked along the tracks near University Boulevard, not far from the Sewickley Bridge. That happened about 4:40 p.m. Saturday.
Investigators are trying to determine if Fluharty’s death was an accident or suicide, in addition to determining the exact medical cause.
