Former jail guard waives harassment hearing

SOMERSET, Pa. (AP) — A former guard at a western Pennsylvania county jail has waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges he made lewd remarks and fondled two female subordinates.

The (Somerset) Daily American reports 44-year-old Ronald Lensbouer waived Thursday’s hearing on harassment and indecent assault charges before a Somerset district judge. That means he must eventually stand trial or plead guilty to the charges.
