John and Sue Leskovec are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Erica Leskovec, and Greg Cook. He is the son of Rod and Jean Cook. All are of Girard.

The couple have chosen to be married Sept. 21 in an open ceremony at 2 p.m. at St. Rose Church. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Leo’s Ristorante in Howland.

The bride-elect graduated from Mercy College of Ohio with a degree in nursing.

Her fiancé graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in civil engineering. He is employed as an engineer for Seidler Engineering in Youngstown.
