Open houses will feature Barnhisel

GIRARD

There will be two open houses from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday and Aug. 25 at the Barnhisel House, 1011 N. State St.

The events are free to the public with donations accepted.

Costumed guides will lead visitors through the home that houses a variety of historical items from the area.
