Police: New Castle woman harassed ex with 1,200 calls
NEW CASTLE, Pa. (AP) — Police have charged a western Pennsylvania woman with harassment for allegedly calling her ex-boyfriend, his landlord, or his job about 1,200 times since they broke up.
Online court records don’t list an attorney for a woman New Castle police have identified only as Lisa Jones.
The New Castle News says a 45-year-old man told police Saturday that Jones had repeatedly called him, including more than 400 times on that day alone.
Police say Jones was staying at a women’s crisis shelter when they filed the charge against her. She faces a preliminary hearing Sept. 5.
