First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp., has hired Todd L. Hays as regional banking executive for First National Bank’s Cleveland region.
F.N.B. Corp.’s Corporate Board of Directors, based in Hermitage, Pa., elected David L. Motley on July 17 as a new member of the board. Motley’s term on the board will commence Aug. 15.
The Home Savings and Loan Co. of Youngstown has hired Linda Harrold as mortgage-loan consultant. Harrold has more than 20 years of mortgage and new construction lending experience. She has received awards from previous lenders for her work in both production and customer service.

Michelle Benedict was named employee of the quarter for Shepherd of the Valley’s corporate office in and At Home with Shepherd Home Health Services in Austintown. Benedict has the title of human- resources assistant and has been employed with Shepherd of the Valley since July 2003.
Christina Wong, M.D., a family medicine physician specializing in geriatric care, will begin seeing patients at Greenville Medical Center- UPMC in August.

The Dairy Queen at 101 S. Broad St. in Canfield has received a Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence Award from the Dairy Queen system for achieving a high level of cleanliness and food safety. Twelve percent of Dairy Queen stores receive the award.
