I-376 resurfacing to start Aug. 19

WEST MIDDLESEX, PA.

About 4.4 miles of Interstate 376 in Shenango Township, Mercer County, will be resurfaced this year between the Interstate 80 interchange and the Lawrence County line, PennDOT has announced.

The entire $1.3 million project cost is being paid by the state.

Work is expected to begin Aug. 19 and be completed Oct. 8.

Traffic will be controlled by signs and lane restrictions, but no detours will be needed.
