Sturgiss-Ostrode wedding plans are announced

Timothy and Michelle Sturgiss of Lowellville and Laurence and Susan Ostrode of Cortland are announcing the engagement of their children, Rebekah Michelle Sturgiss of Lowellville and Brandon Leigh Ostrode of Cortland.

The couple are planning a 1:30 p.m. Aug. 31 ceremony at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Lowellville. An evening reception will takek place at Tiffany’s Banquet Center in Brookfield. Invitations will be extended for both.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a doctor of physical therapy degree from Youngstown State University. Her fiancé earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from YSU. He works for Fairfield Machine Co. in Columbiana as an engineer.
