If Poland wins tonight, the two teams will meet again on Friday to decide the state championship. “They are an amazing team,” Poland coach Matt Bobbey said about Portsmouth. “They have two very good pitchers. We only got three hits in the first game, but they walked three or four, so we had our chances. They scored four runs in one inning and we gave them a few extra outs in that inning. But when you only score one run it’s tough to win.”
