YSU must watch its dollars, outgoing university president says

Youngstown State University has to continue “to be diligent with our funds” to deal with decreased revenues, YSU President Cynthia E. Anderson said this morning during her final State of the University address. Anderson retired July 1 after three years at the university helm.

She said she wants people to remember her "as a good and decent person whose career passion was to serve students in any way she was capable."
