Tri-state group plans weekend meetings

YOUNGSTOWN

The Tri-State Conference of Councils IBPOEW (Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia) will celebrate the 60th anniversary of Tri-State on Saturday and Sunday with an awards dinner Saturday at Buckeye Lodge 73, 421 North Ave.

The Annual George E. Blue Awards dinner will begin at 6 p.m.
