Help Hotline’s mission is to provide crisis intervention, suicide prevention and intervention, referrals, plus support and counseling services to people experiencing mental health related and/or situational problems.

Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Receives about 198,000 calls annually requesting intervention, referrals or information.

Receives 16,500 calls monthly seeking help.

Receives 21 calls daily related to suicide.

Founded in 1971, Help Hotline has expanded from six hours a day to a 24/7 comprehensive crisis intervention and community resource center.

Produces directory every two years of agencies, services and programs available to residents of the Mahoning Valley.
