Emily Price’s four hits included a double for the Tigers while Victoria Rappach had two. Stow is 9-6.

Howland 6, Minster 5

AKRON

Monica Kotyuk and Morgan Remsey had RBI singles in the eighth inning and Kotyuk scored the winning run on a throwing error. Rappach had two hits including a double and two RBIs, Olga Grech had two hits, Price tripled and Emily Robinson doubled for the Tigers (7-7). Minster is 8-6.

Austintown Fitch 3, LaBrae 0

AUSTINTOWN

Cali Mikovich singled and homered and Alex Corradi singled twice to back the shutout pitching of Alex Franken as the Falcons (10-5) beat the Vikings. Fitch scored all the runs it needed with two in the bottom of the first inning.

Austintown Fitch 5, Liberty 1

AUSTINTOWN

Alana Callahan had a two-run single in the first inning and Corradi and Mikovich each had two hits as the Falcons (11-5) beat the Leopards. Franken struck out nine and pitched a four-hitter.

Cardinal Mooney 2-7, Beaver Local 1-9

LISBON

Jamie DiFabio scored the winning run on a wild pitch. Winning pitcher Angela Penza (3-5) struck out seven batters. Paige Prologo doubled for Beaver Local (9-10). In the Beaver Local win, Prologo hit a two-run single. For the Cardinals (3-9), Julie Cook and Sydney Kocher had three hits each while Marche Venable tripled.

Cincinnati McAuley 10, Ursuline 0

CINCINNATI

Alli Cimino, Emily Schute and Morgan Wetts each had three hits for McAuley (12-4). Aubrey Brunst tossed a two-hitter. For the Irish (11-4), Makayla Shore doubled.

Ursuline 6, Cincinnati Ursuline 5

CINCINNATI

Macey Gunther paced the Irish (12-4) with four hits including two doubles and three RBIs. Madeline Christoff’s two-out RBI single in the seventh inning scored Gunther with the winning run. McKenzie (2-1) tossed a three-hitter. For the Lions (11-2), Mackenzie Robinson hit a three-run double.

West Branch 20-15, Southeast 6-0

RAVENNA

Bailey McElwain homered and tripled to drive in five runs. Reagan Rito doubled. She and Jeni Stewart each had two RBIs. In the second game, McElwain homered and drove in three runs for the Warriors (14-3). Stewart drove in two runs and Kaylie Lewis doubled. For the Pirates (5-9, Alicia Swierz had two hits.

Garfield 7-10, Warren JFK 0-0

WARREN

In the opener, Whitney Miller (6-1) struck out 12 batters, had two hits and scored two runs. For Warren JFK, Amanda Scott had three hits. In the second game, Madi Geddes threw a two-hit shutout for Garfield (7-3). Scott and Mackayla Kroll had the Eagles’ hits.

Brookfield 5, Sharpsville 4

BROOKFIELD

Destiny May tripled while Lyndsey Berecek hit two doubles and Alisha Quinlan one for the Warriors. Kenyana Ashley’s single scored Caitlyn Hackett with the winning run. Berecek drove in three runs.
