A Mahoning County grand jury this week handed up indictments against the following people:

Jeremy Damron, 24, Elm Street, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation.

Damond Brown Jr., 20, Millcreek Boulevard, Boardman, possession of marijuana.

Roberto Yates, 29, Clarence-dale Avenue, and Carl Hardy, 19, Hudson Avenue, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the unruliness/delinquency of a child.

Melissa Chester, 29, Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, New Middletown, possession of heroin.

Kenneth Williams, 20, Rosalyn Drive, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto ground of a specified governmental facility and possession of heroin.

Frank Brown, 32, Canton Avenue or Dixon Street, receiving stolen property.

Elliot Underwood, 29, Mahoning County jail, possession of cocaine.

Robert Jeter, 31, Mahoning Avenue, possession of drugs.

Alex Melton, 26, Mount Vernon Avenue, burglary.

Henry Wylie, 44, North Garland Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Shawn Villers, 27, Stanford Avenue, two counts of aggravated robbery.

Patrick Howard, 22, Cambridge Avenue, attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault and two counts of aggravated robbery.

Kathryn Unick, 28, Meadowbrook Avenue, Boardman, receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit card.

Brandon Jones, 21, McGuffey Road, Lowellville, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Charles Sewell, 53, East Lucius, trafficking in marijuana.

Alphonso Gregory III, 39, Cameron Avenue, possession of drugs.

Bradley Salus, 35, North Osborn Avenue and North Portland Avenue, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Donald Williams, 30, Hilton Avenue, illegal possession of a weapon and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Sandra Klaas, aka Sandra Cline, 29, Stark County Justice Center, burglary.

Ryne Green, 28, Knollwood Avenue, Poland, and Christy Rohn, 21, Baymar Drive, forgery and receiving stolen property.

Deangela Gates, 33, Tenney Avenue, Campbell; Raevon Neely, 22, Northgate Road; and Patricia Neely, 59, Sampson Drive, felonious assault.

Aaron Wright, 25, East Lucius Avenue, aggravated menacing and retaliation.

Leon Jacob, 35, Springfield Road, Poland, burglary.

Christopher Rogers, 35, Halbert Drive, Boardman, illegal cultivation of marijuana.

Robert Vanderpool, 37, Loveland Avenue, illegal cultivation of marijuana.

Frank Korda Jr., 27, Frank Korda Sr., 57, and Justin Heubel, 27, all of Sheridan Road, illegal cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Michael Long, 31, Rush Boulevard; Ronald Ring, 46, Lemont Drive, Poland; James Ring, 32, Lemont Drive, Poland; and David Pado, 62, Lynn Mar Drive, Poland, two counts of illegal cultivation of marijuana.

Alexander Ivy, 20, Market Street, and Ryan Meadows, 20, East Florida Avenue, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and two counts of failure to comply with the signal or order of a police officer.

Tawana Hymes, 45, Fifth Avenue, domestic violence.

Peter Abbas, 43, Clovermeade Avenue, Poland, felonious assault.
