Gun rights backers vow at rally to keep up fight

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Gun rights supporters are vowing to continue their fight over the Second Amendment at a rally outside the Pennsylvania Capitol.

Hundreds and hundreds of people attended the Pennsylvania Second Amendment Action Day today in Harrisburg, where they heard speakers say their safety and the well-being of their families is at stake.

Several state lawmakers spoke at the event. It’s organized by one of the Legislature’s most outspoken members on the subject of gun rights, Butler County Republican Rep. Daryl Metcalfe.
