Streets to close for 'Live on Lincoln' block party Friday

YOUNGSTOWN

Two streets will be closed for the “Live on Lincoln” event from 10 a.m. Friday through 1 a.m. Saturday.

Closings include Lincoln Avenue, between Fifth Avenue and Hazel Street, and Elm Street, between Lincoln and Rayen avenues.

Penguin Productions and Youngstown State University Students Motivated by the Arts are presenting the block party, featuring the band Nocturne from 6 to 10 p.m.

The concert and block party is free to the public.

Tickets are not required.
