Rock ‘N’ Out Nutrition, a social club that will promote health and fitness, will have a formal ribbon-cutting Monday to mark its grand opening at 2081 Niles- Cortland Road.

The club will offer a positive environment for those looking to lose weight or improve their diet. Fit camps, weight-loss challenges and wellness coaches will be available.

Hours of operation will be from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Another company, Wing Warehouse, also will have a ribbon-cutting Tuesday at its new location at 3710 Elm Road NE. Wing Warehouse, a restaurant operating in Akron and Cleveland, will open with a seating capacity of 232 and offer 40 wing sauces. Hours are 11 a.m. to midnight Monday through Wednesday; 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Thursday through Saturday and noon to 10 p.m. on Sunday.

School rewards

Farmers National Bank presented a check for nearly $2,000 to Howland Local Schools Treasurer Thomas Kripinsky and Superintendent John Sheetz for their participation in the bank’s School Rewards Program.

Farmers School Rewards Program is a school-affinity program that features a Howland Tiger checking account and Tiger-logo debit card. For each new Howland Tiger account that is opened, Farmers National Bank donates $10 back to the school. The program started in 2012.

Handel’s reopens

Handel’s Ice Cream & Yogurt has reopened its original location at Market Street and Midlothian Boulevard after a major remodeling that took three months to complete.

New awnings to protect customers from the elements, new lighting and new counters are among the new features. Next Saturday and April 28, Handel’s will have a grand reopening. It will offer single-scoop regular and sugar cones for $1.
