Miss Hancock, Mr. Connolly to wed in July

Laura Sevenich Sobotka and Robert Hancock, both of Boardman, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Anna Hancock, and Shawn Connolly, both of Chicago.

Parents of the future groom are Frances and Paul Connolly of Everett, Mass.

The couple plan to wed at 2 p.m. July 13 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Chicago. They will be honored at a reception to follow at Pazzo’s Restaurant in Chicago. Invitations will be extended.

The future bride received a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Saint Mary’s College, South Bend, Ind., and a master’s degree in human resource management from Roosevelt University in Chicago. She is a human resources manager for Bridge Strategy Group LLC in Chicago.

The prospective groom received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wis., and a master’s degree in school psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is a school psychologist at Evanston/Skokie School District 65 in Evanston, Ill.
