N. Phelps, W. Wood to close Monday for utility work

YOUNGSTOWN

North Phelps Street between West Wood Street and West Rayen Avenue will be closed Monday through May 17 for replacement and repair of sanitary sewer lines.

A local detour will be posted. Parking on North Phelps between West Wood and West Rayen is prohibited.

Also, West Wood between Wick Avenue and North Hazel Street will be closed Monday for approximately one week, but local traffic will be maintained.
