Chemical spill drill planned for Thursday

Trumbull County Emergency Management and the Trumbull County Local Emergency Planning Committee will conduct a full-scale exercise from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.

The exercise will simulate a traffic accident involving a hazardous chemical.

The simulated accident will be conducted on Elm Road in Howland.
