Scouts will sponsor fundraiser breakfast

The eighth annual “Scouting: Prepared for Life” fundraiser breakfast will take place at 7:15 a.m. April 29 at Leo’s Ristorante, 7042 E. Market St.

John Robinson, former Scoutmaster of Troop 25, will be honored with the Distinguished Scouter Award and the Trumbull 100 with the Outstanding Community Service Award.

The guest speaker will be Judge Wyatt McKay. His son is Eagle Scout Robert McKay, who has distinguished himself by earning every merit badge available to him as a Boy Scout, one of fewer than 200 Scouts in the history of the Boy Scouts of America to achieve this accomplishment.

Robert will conduct a question and answer session during the program.
