Scouting fundraiser breakfast April 29

The Boy Scout Greater Western Reserve Council Arrowhead District’s eighth annual “Scouting: Prepared for Life” fundraiser breakfast will be at 7:15 a.m. April 29 at Leo’s Ristorante, 7042 East Market St.

Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Wyatt McKay is guest speaker.

He will be joined by his son, Robert, an Eagle Scout who has earned every merit badge possible, making him one of fewer than 200 scouts in their history to achieve that feat.

John Robinson, former scoutmaster of Troop 25,

will receive the Distinguished Scouter Award; and the Trumbull 100 will received the Outstanding Community Service Award, said David Rider, event chairman.
