“Community Connection” (7 a.m. Sunday on 21 WFMJ-TV; and 7 p.m. Tuesday on Time Warner Cable community access channel): Leadership Columbiana County will begin new programs for juniors and seniors in the Columbiana County Technical Career Center focusing on leadership development and financial literacy. Amanda Frost and Lori Everly will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the new initiative.
Dr. Michelle Borba also will appear via satellite to discuss the Spring Hunger Gap, the contest that has the Community Food Warehouse in Mercer County, Pa., competing with other food banks across America for a million-dollar prize.
