Spring is here and so are its storms

Bands of spring thunderstorms brought high winds and hard rain to portions of the Mahoning Valley, with additional weather activity possible overnight.

Police and fire departments are reporting several instances of downed trees and power wires, and pockets of high water, but there have been no reports of fires or major damage.
