Hubbard library open house Sunday

HUBBARD

The Hubbard Public Library, located on West Liberty Street, is hosting its fourth annual open house Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.

The open house will offer tutorials for reading tablets and music downloads, arts and crafts and community surveys for visitors to fill out.

Light refreshments also will be served.
