MinuteClinic, a walk-in health care clinic specializing in the treatment of common illnesses and ailments such as strep throat, sinus infections and minor wounds, has opened a location inside the CVS Pharmacy at 7230 Market St. The location is the company’s first in Youngstown and its 41st in Ohio. MinuteClinic nurse-practitioners specialize in family health care and can diagnose, treat and write prescriptions for common family illnesses or ailments. Walk-in camp, sports and college physicals for adolescents are available daily.

No appointments are required at MinuteClinic, and most health insurance is accepted. For patients paying cash or credit, treatment prices are posted at each clinic and on www.minuteclinic.com. The cost for most treatment starts at $79.

Merger completed

HERMITAGE, PA.

First National Bank of Pennsylvania announced Monday that it had completed its merger with Maryland-based Annapolis Bancorp, finishing a bid it announced in October to expand its market share.

F.N.B. acquired eight branches in Maryland.
