March 19
Controlled substance: A homeowner in the 200 block of E. Main St. reported finding a bag of 5 grams of marijuana in her driveway.
March 22
Harassment: A parent reported his daughter was being bullied at Canfield Middle School, 42 Wadsworth St.
Identity fraud: Alvin Flick, 30, of 323 Lisbon St., Canfield, was arrested on allegations of identity fraud.
March 28
Identity fraud: A report of identity fraud, with unknown Verizon accounts were opened in the owner’s name at a home in the 100 block of Wadsworth St. No charges were filed.
March 30
Drug abuse: Bryan Noe, 51, of 16 Gilbert St., Newark, was arrested on charges of drug abuse and drug paraphernalia.

March 25
Criminal damaging: A vehicle windows were broken and headlights and taillights shattered at apartments in the 1000 block of Compass West Drive.
Theft: Shayna Boyer, 36, of 5153 Canfield Road, Canfield, and Cheryl Parsons, 59, of 8895 Youngstown-Salem Road, Canfield, were arrested, accused of theft at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
March 27
Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.
Theft: An outdoor light was stolen at a home in the 5000 block of Tarrytown Lane.
Theft: An xBox 360 was stolen at Walmart.
Theft: Jessica Kerr, 19, of 4816 Shadow Oak Drive was arrested for theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Warrant: Megan Koniowsky, 26, of 725 Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
March 28
Theft: A suspect is accused of theft at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
Fraud: Identity theft was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Southward Drive.
Fraud: A phone scam for a free trip was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Crum Road.
Warrant: Timothy Dalton, 18, of 2205 Innwood Ave. was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property.
Theft: Money from a credit card was stolen at a home in the 100 block of Ohltown Road.
Warrant: William Barwick, 60, of 170 Idaho Road was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Aggravated menacing: A threatening text message was reported at a home in the 1000 block of Old Farm Trail.
Drug offense: Dylan Walters, 18, of 9438 Kirk Road, North Jackson, was arrested on charges of drug abuse, drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
Drug offense: Megan Sullivan, of 22 Myron St., No. 3, Hubbard, was arrested on a charge of possession of cocaine and on a warrant for passing a bad check.
Warrant: Craig Sims, 35, of 593 E. Judson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant for complicity to forgery and attempted grand theft.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to a charge account at a home in the 2000 block of Elmtrace Drive.
Theft: Stephanie Morehead, 24, of 847 Harbor Drive, Lake Milton, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Walmart.
Theft: Kevin Kuszewski, 22, of 17220 Leffingwell Road, Berlin Center, was released on a summons for theft and possession of drugs, unknown pills at Walmart.
Drug offense: Steven Moses, 54, of 32 Brookline Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking in marijuana.
Theft: A cellphone, charger and cigarettes were stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Sheffield Drive.
Drug offense: Albert Casey, 40, of 575 Cohasset Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and trafficking in marijuana.
March 30
Theft: Two cell phones were stolen from the Wireless Zone, 4774 Mahoning Ave.
Drug offense: David Bebbs, Jr. 21,of 135 Upland Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft: A wallet was stolen from a vehicle at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
