Last week: The 18-year-old son of Hartford native Dave Blaney finished ninth in the NASCAR Nationwide-Kentucky 300. The race was held at the Kentucky Speedway (lap length 1.5 miles). Blaney earned $22,543.

Season to date: Blaney sits in 33rd place in the Camping World Truck Series with 114 points. In four starts, he has one win. He’s earned $69,135.

This weekend: He will race in tonight’s Smith’s Food and Drug 350 that takes place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
