BROOKFIELD

Trumbull County Medical Society is planning a fundraiser for Access Health Mahoning Valley at 7 p.m. Oct. 19 at Tiffany’s Banquet Center, 601 Bedford Road SE.

Access Health Mahoning Valley, which opened in September 2011, provides medical care to uninsured adults ages 19 through 64 with incomes up to 200 percent of the federal poverty level who are not eligible for public insurance.

Warren native Joseph Damore, FACHE, vice president of Premier Performance Partner in Washington, D.C., and formerly of Northside Hospital, will be the guest speaker on the topic of Health Care Reform, moving from a sick care system to a system focused on improving health.

The evening will feature dinner and dessert buffet with a cash bar.

Peter Caruso and the Dueling Piano Wars will provide entertainment. The nationally touring entertainment company delivers high-energy, audience-centered entertainment.

A donation of $65 per person or $500 for a table of eight is requested to benefit Access Health. For ticket or vendor information call Alyson Scott Spon, executive director of the Trumbull County Medical Society, at 330-442-8174.
