Marilyn Kathleen Wardle and Alvin Ray McClung, both of Hubbard, are engaged.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mary Ann Wardle of Hubbard and the late David Wardle.

The prospective groom is the son of the late Orvell and Isabelle McClung.

Invitations will be issued for the couple’s wedding planned for 2 p.m. Oct. 27 at Sts. Peter and Paul Croatian Catholic Church in Youngstown. An evening reception, also by invitation, will be at St. Mark’s Orthodox Church hall in Liberty.

Miss Wardle is the office manager with McClung Construction Co. in Hubbard.

Her fiancé is the owner/operator of McClung Construction Co.
