Sunday: The Hartford native did not race at the Sylvania 300 in New Hampshire. However, filling in for Sam Hornish Jr. on Thursday, he qualified 10th for the race.

To date: Blaney is 33rd in the Sprint Cup standings with 349 points.

Next week: Blaney will race in the AAA 400 at Texas Motor Speedway on Sept. 30. Last year, he finished 32nd.
