The Youngstown State football team jumped out to a 7-0 lead on Northern Iowa on its first drive Saturday night at Stambaugh Stadium.

Jamaine Cook scored on a 3-yard TD run with 10:00 left. Scoring drive was 12 plays, 73 yards.
