Brandon M. Bell, 19, of Prestwick Drive, aggravated robbery.

Dion L. Taylor, 18, of West Dewey Avenue, aggravated robbery.

Crystal Kohn, 30, of Fairview Avenue, Niles, intimidation of a witness.

Michael R. Vranches, 32, of Sequoya Drive, Poland, drug possession, deception to obtain a dangerous drug and illegal processing of drug documents.

Michael J. Vranches, 56, of Sequoya Drive, Poland, drug possession, deception to obtain a dangerous drug and illegal processing of drug documents.

Martika Nadia Rodriguez, 21, of Lilburne Drive, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

Luis R. Rodriguez, 23, of Valley Street, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

Neasha Taylor, 22, of Cherry Hill Drive, cocaine possession with a forfeiture specification.

Gregory Hall, 30, of Cedar Lane, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Damien Patterson, 34, of Mercer Street, Akron, or West LaClede Avenue, Youngstown, heroin possession and marijuana trafficking with forfeiture specifications.

Jason M. Holloway, 31, of Clairmont Road, Cleveland, cocaine possession.

Curtis C. Gearhart, 28, of Pine Hollow Road, Lisbon, heroin possession.

Frank A. Cassetto, 42, of Waseka Lane, felonious assault.

Emanuel Thomas, 56, of West LaClede Avenue, cocaine possession.

Ollie Gilford, 57, of East Philadelphia Avenue, cocaine possession.

Raylen W. Wallace, 26, of Mathews Road, Boardman, two counts of drug possession with forfeiture specifications.

George A. White III, 44, of Rogers Road, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

David P. Fisher, 30, address unknown, failure to register as a sex offender.

Jose A. Gonzalez, 28, of Wolosyn Circle, Boardman, failure to register as a sex offender.

Mae Fox, also known as Mary Fox, 32, of Broadway, endangering children.

Charles McDonald, 41, of Elberen Avenue, six counts of rape.

Victor Manuel Rosario-Aviles, 21, of Truesdale Avenue, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

The grand jury declined to indict Amber Boerio, 20, of East Lucius Avenue, on a charge of tampering with evidence.
