IQ Quilt Club to sponsor annual show

Kelly DePalma, left, and Cynthia Briggs, members of IQ Quilt Club, show off a novelty quilt featuring a design with flip-flops that will be a door prize at the 33rd annual quilt show planned from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 29 at New Vernon Grange, 239 Sheakleyville Road, Clarks Mills, Pa. Donation is $2. The event will include quilting demonstrations and fabric dying, a country store with quilt-related items and four fabric and sewing machine vendors. DePalma’s fabric quilt creations will be showcased. Grange members will serve lunch. Quilts may be entered in the show by taking them to the grange by 2 p.m. Friday Sept. 28.
