Panel discussion set

YOUNGSTOWN

Pembrooke Place Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center, 850 E. Midlothian Blvd., will host a panel discussion Oct. 3.

The panel will consist of representatives from the Prescription Drug Assistance Program in Youngstown, the social security office and Anthem insurance.

It is free and open to the public.
