Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church was the setting at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 11 as Jessica Demarco and Vincent Franceschelli, both of the Bronx, N.Y., exchanged nuptial vows in the presence of Monsignor Michael Cariglio.

The couple accepted congratulations at a reception that followed at the church hall.

Jack Demarco and Tammy Eiselt, both of Monaca, Pa., are the parents of the bride, and Albert and Carol Franceschelli of Youngstown are the parents of the groom.

The bride wore an ivory satin trumpet-style gown with a sweetheart neckline. Beading and embroidery embellished the bodice and train.

Wearing peacock-colored gowns were Kara Fagley, maid of honor; and bridesmaids Shannon Galgan, Renee Kozielec, Danielle Hansen and Ashley Bell.

Serving as best man for his brother was Victor Franceschelli. Groomsmen were Anthony Franceschelli, brother of the groom, Matthew Monus, Jarid Watson, Matthew Wymer and Mark Parrish.

The bride is a zookeeper at the Bronx Zoo and received a bachelor’s degree in wildlife sciences from Pennsylvania State University.

Her husband received his master’s degree in city planning from Ohio State University. He is project manager for Lend Lease Inc. of New York City.

After a wedding trip to Italy, the couple live in the Bronx.
