Arlington Heights churches open doors

YOUNGSTOWN
The churches of Arlington Heights will host a series of events Sunday to celebrate their neighborhood. A trolley will transport participants to the various churches from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The schedule is as follows:
11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Services at Beulah Temple on Griffith Street and Tabernacle Baptist, Arlington and Covington streets.
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Holy Trinity Ukrainian Byzantine Catholic Church, Rayen Avenue, offers coffee, doughnuts and tours of the church and the Antique Auto Battery plant.
12:30 p.m.: Procession and blessing of the street signs at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Holy Trinity Lane and Covington and SS. Peter & Paul Lane.
1:30 p.m.: Potluck luncheon and awards presentation at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Arlington and Covington streets. Enter off the lower parking lot.
2:30-4:30 p.m.: Tours of Beulah Temple; SS. Peter & Paul Croatian Catholic Worship Site of Holy Apostles Parish, Covington Street; Holy Trinity Ukrainian Byzantine Catholic Church; Antique Auto Battery plant, Rayen Avenue; Taber- nacle Baptist Church; and Buckeye Elks Club, North Avenue.
