Deputy to face bite from trained canine

If a goal of $2,000 is met by Oct. 6, Sean Toohey, Mahoning County deputy dog warden, will take a bite from trained protection dog Funez at the Canine Carnival from noon to 4 p.m. Oct. 7 at Boardman Park, 375 Boardman-Poland Road.
