Andrew and Erin Rafferty Frum of Westerville, Ohio, are announcing the arrival of their first child, a son, Zachary Daniel, born Aug. 25 at Mount Carmel St. Anne’s Hospital, Westerville. Grandparents are Dan and Mary Frum of Poland; Ron and Lesley Butler of Canfield; and Paul Rafferty of Aurora. Great-grandparents are Charles Siranovic of Youngstown and Dorothy Jones of Boardman.

Mr. and Mrs. George Samonas of Canfield are announcing the birth of their daughter, Annunciata Marie, on Aug. 23 at Hillcrest Hospital in Cleveland. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Dominic Felleti Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Dunder, all of Boardman; Anna Maillis of Campbell; and Steven Samonas of Youngstown.
