New Castle man wanted on sex charges arrested in Ohio

SHENANGO TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Township police said a New Castle man, accused of the sexual assault of a teenager, has been arrested in Ohio.

Todd Alan Vocature, 52, of South Jefferson Street, is charged with rape, attempted rape, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, unlawful restraint and aggravated indecent assault.

Police said is accused of luring the girl, 15, to his home Aug. 31, saying he needed a baby sitter. Her hands and mouth were bound with tape, and she was sexually assaulted. She was released and told not to tell anyone.
