911 call problems affected Century Link customers

Problems affecting area Century Link customers caused problems for the Trumbull County and Warren 911 call centers, but the problems were corrected by 6 p.m.

Calls to Warren’s dispatch center were being “rolled over” from the 911 line to the center’s business line, a dispatcher said.

The problem also affected Century Link internet customers for several hours earlier in the day. A Century Link representative said she

didn’t know how widespread the problem was.
