Poker run to aid Animal sanctuary

Alchemy Acres Animal Sanctuary will host its sixth annual Bike and Car Cruise Poker Run on Sept. 23. The poker run starts at the Saxon Club, 1980 Newgarden Road, and concludes there with a party featuring dinner and live music.

Doughnuts and coffee, prizes, a 50-50 raffle and basket auction will be included.

Registration begins at 11 a.m. with a fee of $12 per person. Cars and bikes depart at noon.
