Arrest made in killing of Ohio mom, 2 children

SANDUSKY, Ohio (AP) — Police in the northern Ohio town of Sandusky say they’ve made an arrest in the killing of a 23-year-old woman and her two young children.

Authorities aren’t releasing any other details right now but say they will provide more information at a news conference later this afternoon.

Officers found the bodies of Heather Jackson and her two children Saturday night in their home after a family friend told police they had not been heard from all day.

Sandusky police say the two young victims are the woman’s 3-year-old daughter and 18-month-old son.
