“Wallander III” (9 p.m., PBS): Kenneth Branagh returns to his Emmy-nominated role in “Wallander III.” The “Masterpiece Mystery!” series follows a soul-searching Swedish detective created by Henning Mankell, father of the Nordic noir craze.
“Army Wives” (10 p.m., Lifetime): Big changes are in store during the season finale of “Army Wives.” The tribe learns that Fort Marshall is merging with an Air Force base, and the troops are being redeployed to Afghanistan.

Carpatho-Rusyn festival, bonfire

The Cleveland and Youngstown-Warren chapters of the Carpatho-Rusyn Society will have their annual Rusyn Day Vatra (bonfire) Saturday at the Shrine of Our Lady of Mariapoch, Munford Road, just off U.S. route 422, west of Warren.
The event will begin at noon and will feature Living Traditions folk ensemble, Byzantine Singers, the Slavjane Folk Ensemble and folk music.
Food will include stuffed cabbage, pirogi, kolbasi, slanina and kolachi.
There will be a Slavonic Mass at 4 p.m. in the shrine’s outdoor church.
The highlight of the event will be an evening bonfire.

Monsters needed for haunted house
CONNEAUT LAKE, PA.
Actors are needed to play monsters in the Ghost Lake haunted attraction this Halloween season at Conneaut Lake Park, 12382 Center St.
No experience is necessary. Actors will be taught their roles.
