Kristina Mines and Jeffrey Rukas exchanged vows before the Rev. William Siple at their 2:30 p.m. April 28 wedding at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.

The newlyweds accepted congratulations during a reception at Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, Pa.

Parents of the bride are Richard and Mary Mines of Vienna. Parents of the groom are Ronald and JoJean Rukas of Sarver, Pa.

Jennifer Summers was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jessica Rossey, Jamie Zampogna, Jillian Smith, Brittany Wolf and Erica Neubert. The flower girl was Allison Domen, a cousin of the bride.

Joseph Rukas, brother of the groom, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Nick Rossey, Ron Zampogna, Matt MacKenzie, Johnny Kuruc and Bill Miller. The ring bearer was Vinnie Zampogna, nephew of the groom.

The bride earned a doctor of pharmacy degree from Duquesne University and is a pharmacy manager for Target in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Rukas earned a bachelor’s degree in science from Duquesne and a master’s in business administration from Point Park University. He is employed at Blackburn’s Medical Equipment and Supplies in Tarentum, Pa.
