Fair flower show winners announced

CANFIELD

The flower show at the Canfield Fair this year, “Celebrate the Harvest,” had 149 exhibitors.

St. Michael won the People’s Choice Award. Aug. 28 Best of Show ribbon winners were Boe Korody, annual; Hugh Earnhart, dahlia; Ann Kwiecien, rose; Millie Campean, design; and Connie Yencik, plant.

Sept. 1 Best of Show winners were Joyce Karsnak, annual; James Stacy, dahlia; Teresa Barnhart, rose; and Sheila Bowman, design.

Chairwomen were Campean and Dianna Mullins.
