LEAVITTSBURG

Kayla Smith made 15 assists and two digs, and scored 16 points for the Bulldogs (1-1). Allison Berend contributed 11 points, 13 digs and seven kills. For the Vikings (4-2), Somer McCoy made five kills, seven digs and two blocks and scored four points. JVs: Poland, 2-1.

NEWTON FALLS

Haley Chill made seven digs and scored 10 points with two aces for the Howland (4-2). Megan Papalas made eight digs and 28 assists while Kelly Dungan made six blocks and scored 16 points with six aces. For Newton Falls (2-3), Brooke Barreca made six kills and two blocks, and scored nine points with two aces. Tori Workman scored three points and made eight digs while Hannah Zelle made three kills, four digs and four assists and scored three points.

Junior Amy Jackson had four service points, five digs and two kills and senior Mary VanJura had 11 service points for Campbell (2-3).

Liberty 25-25-25, Niles 11-13-11

LIBERTY

Liberty improved to 5-0 on the season with a sweep. Jenna Sewell led the way with 15 points and eight aces, Mariah Willis had nine assists and Mackenzie Stanley and Courtney Lucak added seven kills apiece. Niles (2-3) was led by Sam Melius with nine points and nine assists and Arianna Kowall with five blocks and two aces.

LOWELLVILLE

Youngstown Christian improved to 5-1 with the four-game victory. Shanell Harris had 12 points, 11 kills and eight digs, Paris Yanno added six points, 23 assists and six digs and Daria Shavers contributed 14 points, five kills and six digs. Lowellville (1-6) received eight points, four aces and 21 digs from Maddie DeCesare. Molly Zimmerman had five points, 15 assists and 15 digswhile Natalie Notareschi had six points, five aces and 12 digs. JVs: Lowellville, 2-0.

United 25-25-25, South Range 14-23-21

GREEN TOWNSHIP

Courtney Hydrick had 16 digs and 11 kills for United. Mollie Phillis had seven digs, six kills, three blocks and two aces while MacKenzie Firth had 25 assists and Kelsie Pierson had three aces. South Range slipped to 4-3 overall and 2-2 in the ITCL Tier One with the loss. Stevie Taylor had seven kills and 10 digs, Jordan Youngs recorded 15 digs and Madison Juilerat had 15 assists and five digs. JVs: South Range, 2-0.

Crestview 23-25-25-25, Mineral Ridge 25-9-20-21

COLUMBIANA

Morgan Newbauer recorded 26 assists and 29 digs as Crestview bounced back from a game one defeat. The Rebels (4-1, 3-0 ITCL1) got 14 kills from Cassidy Ross and six blocks from Alexy Brooks. Mineral Ridge (0-5, 0-4) got 10 assists and three blocks from McKenzie Garland and 18 digs from Allissa Sparks. JVs: Crestview won.

SEBRING

Rachel Maslack led Western Reserve (2-1, 2-1 ITCL2) with 11 kills, seven assists, six serving points and four digs. Katie Miggo added 15 points and nine assists and Afton Hills contributed six kills.

Lordstown 25-25-25, Sebring 12-21-18

SEBRING

Melody Taylor had 20 assists, 18 points and six aces for Lordstown (3-4). Sarah Cash had nine kills and six blocks while Sierra Kitts had 12 digs. Elaina Juica led Sebring with 11 points and three aces and Kelsi Settle had 11 assists.

Cash made 11 kills and five blocks for the Red Devils, Erica Knox made 10 digs while Taylor made 25 assists. For the Braves, Rebecca Currington scored 10 points, Leah Blaney made seven kills and Taylor Kramar made three digs.

BROOKFIELD

Olivia Test had 17 kills, nine blocks, five aces and nine digs as Heartland Christian improved to 7-0. Kristen Osborn added 12 kills, four blocks and 12 points and Ginny Burgess had 23 assists, 13 points and seven digs. Brookfield (2-3) got 12 kills, eight digs and six points from Delaney Saxton, 13 assists, three kills and seven points from Tori Thompson and six kills and eight points from Ali Harpster.

VIENNA

Marisa O’Dell registered 24 points, 21 assists, and 10 kills as Mathews (3-3, 3-1 NAC) dropped a five-game thriller. Halle Oatridge paced the defense with 43 digs and scored 16 points with three aces. Augusta Fronzaglio contributed 11 kills, and Sarah Suchanek recorded nine kills and 15 points. JVs: Mathews 2-0.

Alison Bucheit had 11 points with fives aces and five digs for Beaver Local (4-1). Dana Talbolt added 10 assists, McKenzie Davis had 11 points and Sierra Wright had seven kills.
