Buddy walk for Down syndrome is Saturday in Warren

WARREN — The nonprofit organization Putting Downs First will have its 6th annual Buddy Walk on Saturday at Perkins Park.

Registration starts at noon, and the walk begins at 2 p.m. Batman will make a guest appearance, and there will be games and prizes.

Children under 10 can register to walk and receive a T-shirt and lunch for $5. Anyone 10 and over can register to walk, have lunch and get a T-shirt for $10.

Putting Downs First is affiliated with the National Down Syndrome Society to benefit people with Down syndrome and their families.
