Needle's Eye plans protection program

YOUNGSTOWN

The Needle’s Eye Christian Counseling Center is sponsoring a course in self-protection for women. Training will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 22 at the center, 74 Kenmore Ave.

Delphine Baldwin-Casey, a retired detective sergeant from the Youngstown Police Department, will lead the class. Wear gym clothing. The cost is $10 and includes a lecture, handouts, hands-on instructions and certificate of completion.
